In Summer 2010 we will be producing Smetana's The Bartered Bride with performances at:

Harlequin Theatre, Redhill - Wednesday 30 June to Friday 2 July at 19.30
The Minack Theatre, Cornwall - Monday 19 July to Friday 23 July

Principals' auditions for The Bartered Bride will be held on Sunday 21st February in Croydon. Please contact Anthea Hall for further details.

An interesting possible production, on a slightly longer time scale, is Thelma an opera by a Surrey composer, Samuel Coleridge Taylor, who died in 1912. This opera has never been performed and the Society is considering a production in the anniversary year of the composer's death in 2012.
